1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the h888 platform — whether through the website, the mobile app or any other interface — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and h888.

3 Age Verification

h888 is an adult entertainment platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use any service on h888. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

h888 takes age verification seriously. We may request documentary proof of age at any point — including during registration, before processing a withdrawal or at any other time deemed necessary. 4 Deposits & Payments

You must only use a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including payments made on your behalf by family members, friends or any other person — are not accepted. If a third-party payment is detected, h888 reserves the right to reverse the deposit and suspend the account pending investigation.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are generally credited instantly to your h888 balance.
• Raast and bank transfer deposits may take additional processing time depending on your bank.
• h888 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed — contact support as soon as possible if this occurs.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the payment method used for the original deposit where possible. If that method is unavailable, h888 may request an alternative verified PKR payment method registered in your name.

Before your first withdrawal, h888 may require identity verification. This is standard procedure and is intended to protect both the player and the platform from fraudulent activity. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC, a recent bank or wallet statement, or a selfie with your ID.

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframe stated in your account's cashier section.
• VIP members from Silver tier and above benefit from prioritised withdrawal processing.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.
• h888 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal.
• Funds derived from bonus wagering may be subject to additional review before withdrawal approval.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

General bonus rules that apply across all h888 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account; real money is used first unless the promotion states otherwise.

7 Sports Betting Rules

h888 offers betting markets on cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series and ICC events), football, Esports and other sports as listed on the platform. Betting is available pre-match and in-play where markets are offered.

The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on h888:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement unless the void conditions below apply.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed or not completed within a specified period, bets may be voided and stakes returned — specific rules depend on the sport and market type.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability and accuracy of live data feeds. In the event of a data error, h888 reserves the right to void affected bets.

8 Casino & Games

• Game outcomes are determined by RNG technology and are not influenced by h888 or any third party.

• In the event of a game malfunction, the round will be voided and stakes returned. Winnings from a demonstrably malfunctioning game will not be honoured.

9 Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on h888 and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets or winnings, and forfeiture of balances:

• Opening or operating more than one h888 account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any third-party tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players, affiliates or any third party to manipulate outcomes or bonuses.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Any form of money laundering, fraud or financial crime using the h888 platform.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

h888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, particularly where:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of prohibited activity as outlined in Section 9.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• False or misleading information was provided during registration or verification.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in our inactive account policy.
• The player requests self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting h888 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting active bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method.
